Summary

This study tests whether a daily 40 mg dose of Collavant n2 can reduce knee discomfort in healthy, active men aged 40-65 who run regularly. Eighty amateur male runners with exercise-induced knee pain will be randomly assigned to receive either the supplement or a placebo for a set period. The main goal is to see if the supplement improves joint function and lessens pain after physical activity.
