Summary
This study tested two types of skin grafts for treating venous leg ulcers, which are slow-healing wounds on the lower legs. Sixty adults received either a collagen-based skin substitute or a donated amniotic membrane graft. Researchers measured wound healing and looked at tissue samples to see which material worked better.
