Can a daily drink turn back the clock on aging skin?
NCT ID NCT06755892
Summary
This study tested whether drinking a daily collagen supplement for 16 weeks could improve signs of skin aging. They measured changes in skin density, wrinkles, texture, and elasticity to see which formula worked best.
