Summary
This study tested whether taking a daily collagen supplement could improve skin health in healthy women aged 35-55. For 8 weeks, 66 participants took either the collagen powder or a look-alike placebo. Researchers measured skin hydration, elasticity, firmness, and wrinkles to see if the supplement made a difference.
