Summary
This study aims to see if taking liquid food supplements containing collagen, MSM, and vitamin C daily for 16 weeks can reduce facial redness and visible small blood vessels. It will involve 90 healthy women aged 35-65 who have stable facial redness. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of two supplement formulas or a placebo drink to compare their effects.
