Summary
This study is testing whether collagen injections can help people with chronic neck muscle pain. Researchers will give 40 participants either collagen injections or a numbing medication injection over five weeks. The main goal is to see if blood tests can detect changes in inflammation markers that correspond with pain relief, while also checking how safe and effective the injections are.
