Summary

This study tests if cold water therapy (Kneipp hydrotherapy) can improve quality of life for people with Long COVID. Researchers will compare 30 adults who do cold water therapy plus usual care to those who only get usual care. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free approach eases fatigue, improves sleep, and boosts overall well-being.
