NCT ID NCT07110714
Summary
This study is testing whether a specific type of cold water therapy, called Kneipp hydrotherapy, can help people with Long COVID feel better. Thirty participants will either use the cold water treatments alongside their usual care or just continue with usual care alone. Researchers will measure changes in quality of life, fatigue, sleep, and other symptoms to see if the therapy helps.
