Summary
This study looks at whether taking a cold bath right after exercise or waiting a bit helps athletes recover better and use protein more effectively. Twelve healthy athletes who do regular strength training will take part. The goal is to find the best timing for cold-water immersion to improve same-day performance and muscle recovery.
