Chilling relief? study tests cold rinse for severe toothache after dental work
NCT ID NCT07245004
Summary
This study is testing if rinsing the treated area with a cold saline solution reduces pain after a pulpotomy, a procedure for a severely inflamed tooth. Researchers will compare pain levels and quality of life between patients who receive the cold rinse and those who receive a rinse at room temperature. The goal is to find a simple way to ease discomfort following this common dental treatment.
