Summary
This study is testing if applying a cold pack to the wrist can reduce the pain people feel during a specific type of blood draw from an artery. It will involve 258 adults with lung diseases who need this test. Researchers will compare the pain levels of people who get the cold therapy to those who get a placebo cream or no special treatment.
