Could a chilly workout melt fat faster?
NCT ID NCT07263126
Summary
This study is testing whether cycling in slightly cold temperatures helps overweight women lose body fat more effectively than cycling in normal room temperatures. Researchers will enroll 36 women to complete a 12-week cycling program in different temperature settings. They will measure changes in body fat, weight, and blood markers to see if the cooler environment provides an extra benefit.
