Summary

This study is looking at whether taking a cold bath right after a tough workout or waiting a few hours is better for helping athletes recover. Researchers will measure muscle strength, fatigue, and how the body uses protein after exercise. The goal is to find the best recovery method for athletes who train hard and need to perform again soon.
