Summary
This study aims to understand exactly how colchicine, an anti-inflammatory drug, helps patients recovering from heart attacks. Researchers will follow 380 heart attack patients to see how their bodies respond to colchicine treatment and identify which patients benefit most. The goal is to create a model that predicts who will respond best to this therapy.
