Summary

This study tests a new, short-term brain stimulation treatment (called rTMS) to help improve thinking problems in people who have had a stroke. About 20 adults with chronic stroke will receive the treatment to see if it is safe and if it can improve cognitive function and brain activity. The goal is to develop a better rehabilitation option for post-stroke cognitive issues.
