NCT ID NCT07439861
Summary
This study aims to understand how doing a mental task, like counting backwards, affects the athletic performance of volleyball players, especially those with chronic ankle instability. Researchers will compare 60 players with and without wobbly ankles, measuring their balance, strength, and volleyball skills under normal and mentally distracting conditions. The goal is to learn how ankle problems might affect overall body coordination and brain function during sports.
