Summary

This study looks at whether playing special motion-sensing cognitive games can slow down age-related declines in thinking and physical function. About 80 adults aged 65 and older will be randomly assigned to either play these games for 12 weeks or receive usual care. Researchers will measure changes in memory, attention, and mobility using standard tests.
