New Mind-Body exercise therapy tested to ease debilitating Sjögren's symptoms

NCT ID NCT06398210

Summary

This study tested a special mind-body exercise program called BETY to see if it could help people with Primary Sjögren's Syndrome. The program combined physical exercises with pain and mood management techniques. Researchers compared the program when done in a group, done individually, or as a simple home exercise plan to see which was most effective at reducing symptoms like pain and fatigue.
