Summary

This study tested a short, internet-based program designed to help young adults who have a hard time dealing with uncertainty. The program uses scenarios and word tasks to gently train the brain to interpret uncertain situations less negatively. Researchers measured changes in uncertainty levels, mood, anxiety, and repetitive thinking in 90 participants aged 18 to 40.
