Summary
This pilot study tested a new type of physical therapy that also addresses fear of movement in 36 adults with chronic ankle instability. Participants attended up to 6 sessions over 3 weeks. The goal was to see if the approach was feasible and could improve balance, range of motion, and quality of life.
