Summary
This study aims to understand how drinking coffee versus hibiscus tea affects blood pressure and heart rate during long periods of sitting. Thirty healthy, inactive adults will try both beverages on separate occasions while researchers measure their heart health. The goal is to gather knowledge about how common drinks might influence cardiovascular function during sedentary behavior.
