Summary
This study looks at how drinking coffee versus hibiscus tea changes blood pressure and heart rate when you sit for a long time. Thirty healthy adults (15 men, 15 women) will try both drinks on different days. Researchers will measure heart health using monitors and questionnaires to see which drink is better for your heart during sedentary behavior.
