Coenzyme Q10 may boost IVF success in women with poor ovarian response

Summary
This study tests whether taking coenzyme Q10 before IVF can improve egg quality and pregnancy outcomes in women who produce few eggs. About 128 women with poor ovarian response will be randomly assigned to receive Q10 or a placebo. The goal is to see if Q10 increases the number of mature eggs retrieved and overall IVF success.
