First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 08, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study looked at whether a computer algorithm could improve how a cochlear implant is set for people who have one implant and a hearing aid in the other ear. Nine adults with severe hearing loss took part. The goal was to see if the new settings helped them hear better in quiet and noisy situations.
