Summary
This study tested a mobile app to collect daily hearing data from 51 experienced adult cochlear implant users. Participants used the app for 8 weeks to track their hearing in real-world situations and complete questionnaires about challenging listening environments. The goal was to gather information that could help improve how cochlear implants are adjusted for better hearing outcomes.
