Summary
This small study tested the drug cobimetinib in 3 people with arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) outside the brain. The goal was to see if the drug could safely shrink the abnormal blood vessels. Participants took the drug by mouth, and doctors used MRI scans to measure changes in AVM size.
