Summary

This study tests whether an eHealth app that coaches parents can help lower the risk of obesity in children who already have a high body mass index (BMI). About 148 families with children aged 2-18 will take part. Parents will use the app to learn healthy eating and activity habits for their kids, and researchers will measure changes in energy balance over 48 weeks.
