Summary
This study aims to see if coaching doctors, nurses, and other hospital staff can improve how teams make difficult ethical decisions, especially for patients nearing the end of life. It will involve 360 staff and patients across 10 hospital departments. The coaching focuses on leadership, communication, and creating a supportive environment for shared decision-making that respects patient wishes.
