Summary
This study tests whether coaching doctors and nurses in leadership and communication skills can improve ethical decision-making for patients at the end of life. About 360 healthcare workers and their patients from 10 hospital departments will take part. The goal is to create a safer, more open team environment where everyone feels comfortable discussing difficult care choices.
