Laser or cream? new study tackles vaginal dryness in Sjögren's patients

Summary
This study tests two treatments for vaginal dryness in women with Sjögren's disease: a special laser and a topical hormone cream. About 60 women will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The goal is to see which approach better improves vaginal health and sexual function.
