Summary

This study looks at 290 adults who have had a stem cell transplant and are taking letermovir to prevent CMV infection. Researchers want to see if measuring CMV-RNA and TTV-DNA in the blood can better predict when CMV becomes active compared to the standard CMV-DNA test. The goal is to improve monitoring and guide treatment decisions.
