Summary
This study aims to find the best way to prevent a common and serious viral infection called CMV in people who receive a kidney transplant. It will compare two different combinations of anti-rejection drugs and two different strategies for giving antiviral medication. The goal is to see which approach better controls the virus while keeping the new kidney healthy.
