Summary
This study looked at whether a blood test can predict which children are at risk for CMV infection after a heart, kidney, or liver transplant. Researchers measured immune cell responses to CMV in 161 children. The goal is to help doctors decide how long to give antiviral medicine or how often to check for the virus.
