Summary
This study tested a new drug called CMTX-101 in 43 adults with cystic fibrosis who have a chronic lung infection. The drug is designed to break down the slimy coating bacteria make, helping standard antibiotics work better. The main goal was to see if it is safe and how the body processes it.
