New capsule aims to tame heavy periods caused by fibroids

Summary
This study is testing whether a new capsule called CMS-D002 can safely reduce heavy menstrual bleeding in women who have uterine fibroids. About 120 participants will take either the study capsule or a placebo (a pill with no medicine) daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure if the treatment successfully reduces menstrual blood loss and improves related symptoms and quality of life.
