New psoriasis pill aims for clearer skin in major trial

Summary
This study is testing whether a new pill called CMS-D001 can help adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. Researchers will compare the pill to a placebo (a dummy pill) in about 540 participants to see if it safely reduces the severity of skin plaques and improves quality of life. The trial is designed to find the right dose and confirm its effectiveness.
