New drug tested for stubborn eczema that resists creams

Summary
This study is testing an experimental oral medication called CMS-D001 for adults with moderate to severe eczema (atopic dermatitis) that hasn't responded well to standard creams. About 160 participants will be randomly assigned to receive one of three different doses of the drug or a placebo pill daily for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug safely reduces the severity and itch of the skin rash compared to the placebo.
