Summary

This study tests whether adding a newer drug called asciminib to standard CML medications can help patients achieve and maintain a medication-free period. It is for adults with chronic-phase CML who previously tried to stop their medication but saw their cancer markers return. The goal is to help patients safely stop all treatment for extended periods while keeping the cancer under control.
