Summary

This study is looking at whether patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) who are already responding well to their medication can safely take a lower dose. Researchers will observe about 100 patients who switch to taking half their usual amount every other day. The goal is to see if the lower dose is still effective at controlling the leukemia and if it causes fewer side effects.
