New cancer drug enters first human trials

Summary
This is the first study in people to test a new drug called CMAB017 for advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see how the body handles the drug. About 55 patients with various advanced cancers will receive the drug to check for side effects and look for early signs that it might help control tumor growth.
