Summary

This study tested whether rimegepant, a drug used for migraines, can prevent cluster headaches. Twenty adults with recurrent cluster headaches took the drug and reported how often attacks occurred and how severe they were. The goal was to see if weekly attack frequency and daily pain levels improved.
