Summary
This study aimed to understand how experienced pediatric orthopedic surgeons decide on treatment for children with clubfoot. Researchers showed videos and medical histories of 55 children with clubfoot to 6-8 top surgeons from four countries. The surgeons then gave their treatment recommendations, which were compared to see how consistent they were and what factors influenced their decisions.
