Summary
This study looked at whether adding myofascial release and static stretching to nighttime bracing can prevent clubfoot from returning in children who were already treated with the Ponseti method. 32 children aged 0-14 months took part. The goal was to see if these extra therapies improve long-term foot movement and quality of life.
