First seen Dec 08, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study looked at how a common stomach medication (pantoprazole) affects the levels of clozapine, a drug for schizophrenia, in the blood. 33 healthy adults took clozapine alone and again after taking pantoprazole. The goal was to see if pantoprazole changes how much clozapine gets into the body and how fast it is processed.
