Summary

This study is testing a fully automated 'closed-loop' insulin delivery system for adults with type 2 diabetes. Over 200 participants will use either this automated system or their standard insulin therapy for 26 weeks to see which one better controls blood sugar levels. The main goal is to see if the automated system is safe, effective, and easier for people to use in their daily lives.
