First seen Nov 13, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This early-stage study looks at how the drug clofutriben is processed in people with moderate kidney impairment compared to those with healthy kidneys. Researchers will give a single dose to 16 adults and measure drug levels in the blood. The goal is to see if kidney function changes how the drug behaves, which can guide future dosing recommendations.
