Two-Drug attack on Tough-to-Treat leukemia

Summary
This study is testing whether combining two drugs, ibrutinib and daratumumab, is safe and effective for people with a specific, hard-to-treat form of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). The trial is for adults whose CLL has come back or stopped responding to prior treatment and has a specific genetic problem (p53 dysfunction). Researchers want to see if using these drugs together works better than ibrutinib alone for controlling this high-risk cancer.
