Second chance: new combo targets CLL relapse after First-Line venetoclax

Summary
This study tests a new two-drug combination (venetoclax plus acalabrutinib) for people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) whose cancer returned after initial treatment with venetoclax and an antibody. The goal is to see if this combo can make the cancer undetectable in the bone marrow. About 60 adults with CLL or SLL who previously responded to venetoclax-based therapy will participate.
