New cancer drug enters human testing for Tough-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called CLIO-8221 in people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find the safest and most effective dose and to see if the drug can shrink tumors. It is for patients who have already tried other beneficial treatments or cannot get them.
