Rock climbing tested as therapy for kids with One-Sided weakness
NCT ID NCT05983887
Summary
This small, completed study tested whether indoor rock climbing could help children with hemiplegia (weakness on one side of the body). Researchers wanted to see if climbing exercises could improve muscle strength, reduce stiffness, and help with balance. The study involved 12 children who performed specific climbing moves on an indoor wall.
