Scientists test new Drug's safety with common meds

NCT ID NCT07341672

Summary

This early-stage study aims to understand how three common medications (itraconazole, fluconazole, and efavirenz) affect the way the body processes a single dose of an experimental drug called clifutinib. It will enroll 80 healthy adults to measure drug levels in the blood and check for safety. The goal is to gather basic information to guide future studies, not to treat any disease.
