Scientists track a Drug's journey through the body

NCT ID NCT07211165

Summary

This early-stage study aimed to understand how the body processes a single dose of an experimental drug called clifutinib. Six healthy Chinese men received a dose containing a tiny, safe amount of radioactive tracer. Researchers then tracked how the drug was absorbed, broken down, and eliminated from the body through blood, urine, and stool samples to learn about its basic safety and processing.
